Joseph Pilates

CITYPILATES also offers you circuit trainings on the original Pilates tools. Accompanied by a trainer, you will discover the studio equipment developed by Joseph Pilates in a small group of max. 8 participants and dive deeper into the method.

PILATES CIRCUIT TRAINING

The circuit training is using the extraordinary pieces of Pilates apparatus, from the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Pilates Ladder Barrel & Arc, up to the Pilates Mat, and other small Pilates apparatus.


It is designed for an open group setting, performed with maximum 8 participants.
Your instructor will have an eye on each of you and will assist you in working correctly and progressively. Depending on your need, you will be working on your own program and be doing different exercise routines then the others in your group.

Many people find that sharing their session with other individuals is not only a cost saver, but also way more fun!
