Paulina Orzel
Trainer at CITYPILATES
What brought you to pilates?
I discovered Pilates during my time I lived in Poland and worked full time as a massage therapist. My back was hurting so I bought a Pilates book and started to exercise at home.
What do you like about it?
I like that it is for everyone. No matter how old or how fit you are.
Why did you become an instructor?
The more I practice Pilates the more I wanted to know. My body and mind changed and I wanted to share my experience with other people to make their life better and free of pain.
Whats special about your way of teaching?
My goal is to deliver each client a unique workout which addresses their personal goals and needs. Improving their strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and overall well-being. I combine Pilates-, Gyrotonic-, personal training-, fascial techniques- and massage-skills to challenge my clients, helping them to achieve things that they didn't think their bodys were capable.
