Premila lawrEnce
Trainer at CITYPILATES
What brought you into pilates?
During my education as a physiotherapist the attention was regularly drawn to the importance of the torso stability in our everyday life and sport. I attended a Pilates lesson with my former dance teacher.
What do you like about it?
The strong and challenging bodywork while always working attentively and consciously. For me, Pilates is a great balance to my other workouts. With Pilates I can return to myself and my body.
Why did you become an instructor?
Compared to physiotherapy, "healthy" people, in the field of prevention, can also be given a lot. This is what I try to share during my classes with the people on the mat.
What's special about your way of teaching?
Strenuous and challenging , it is important to me that the participants do not loose the pleasure during the training.
