What brought you to pilates?

Out of pure curiosity, I tried Pilates in December 2012 and immediately fell in love with this method since the first lesson.

 

What do you like about it?

Just everything. The ease after a workout, even when it was exhausting. It strengthens your body and your mind. Your attitude is getting better and it just feels great. Furthermore, I find it wonderful that everyone can do Pilates.

Why did you become an instructor?

I needed a balance to my former job and had luckily found it in Pilates. Today it is my main profession and I love to pass on my joy for Pilates.

 

Whats special about your way of teaching?

Humorous, motivating, professional and maybe sometimes a bit mean;)
